FAQ

Is my photo uploaded?
No. Decoding and conversion run in your browser. Files never leave this device.
Why is the limit 20 MB per file?
A 20 MB HEIC is already a very large phone photo. Decoding it can use well over 100 MB of RAM. 20 MB keeps typical iPhone shots working while reducing crashes on phones and low-memory tabs. Use a desktop app for huge scans or RAW-sized exports.
Safari already opens HEIC. Why this tool?
Chrome, Firefox, and Edge cannot save HEIC as JPG without a converter. This page uses a local decoder when the browser cannot read HEIC natively.
