- Input: JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF, BMP, AVIF, SVG, ICO, and HEIC/HEIF. Output: JPG, PNG, WebP, BMP, and AVIF when the browser supports encoding it.
- Why 20 MB per file?
- Browser conversion draws pixels onto a canvas. A 20 MB file can decode to 100 MB+ of memory. The cap covers ordinary photos and screenshots without locking up phones. Larger files belong in a desktop converter.
- Does paste work with screenshots?
- Yes. Copy a screenshot or an image file, then press Ctrl+V or ⌘V on this page. You can also drop many files at once.
